Produced from olives collected from Gülpınar village, located near the sea in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. It is named early harvest because it is produced earlier than the usual harvest time.
It has a greenish color when first pressed. The color may change to green-yellow over time.
It is produced entirely by cold pressing method. Due to early harvesting, it has a fruity aroma and pungency. Our early harvest olive oils are filtered through natural filtration method. They are obtained from Ayvalık type trees from a single orchard.
It is stored in stainless steel, air-tight tanks. Our storage facility is equipped with a climate control system, ensuring that our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature levels.
Where to Use Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
It is preferred for salads and dishes served cold, as well as appetizers.
It is suitable for legume dishes cooked with olive oil.
