Organic Memecik First Harvest Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 lt

Produced from olive trees located in Kasar village and its surroundings in Çine district of Aydın. Our village in the Eastern Menteşe mountains remains cool even in the summers. The olives are not roasted on the tree due to the hot weather, and the trees are nourished by the cool breeze of the mountain.

Our product, which we produce without contact with air in compliance with all hygiene rules, is produced using conventional farming methods. It is produced entirely by cold pressing method (maximum 25 degrees). Since it is harvested very early, its pungency is very high. It doubles its taste with its high aroma and low acidity.

The most important feature of the first harvest olive oil is that it is offered for sale without filtering. It is also stored in tanks without air contact in our factory. Thus, when the olive is first pressed, its color is dark green. This single orchard olive oil produced from Memecik type olives has a saturated fat acid content of 0.3% - 0.5%. In addition to its fruity aroma, it has a high pungency.
