Dizem Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Liter

Produced from olives collected from Gülpınar village, located near the sea in Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. Due to being produced early from the usual harvest time, it is called early harvest.

It has a greenish color when first pressed. Over time, its color can transition to green-yellow.

Since it is harvested early, the acidity level is low. The acidity level in unsaturated fats is between 0.3% and 0.5%.

Produced entirely by the cold pressing method. Due to being harvested early, it has a fruity aroma and a burning sensation. Our early harvest olive oils are filtered using natural filtration method. They are obtained from Ayvalık type trees from a single orchard.

Stored in stainless steel airtight tanks. Our warehouse where the tanks are located has a climate control system. This ensures that our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature levels.
