Early Harvest Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml
Produced from olives collected from Gülpınar village, located near the sea in Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. It is called early harvest because it is produced earlier than the usual harvest time.
It has a greenish color when first pressed. Over time, the color may transition to green-yellow.
Due to early harvesting, it has a low acidity level. The acidity level in unsaturated fats ranges from 0.3% to 0.5%.
It is produced entirely by cold pressing method. Due to early harvesting, it has a fruity aroma and a slightly bitter taste. Our early harvest olive oils are filtered using natural filtration method. They are obtained from Ayvalık type olive trees from a single orchard.
It is stored in stainless steel tanks that do not allow air to pass through. Our storage facility is equipped with a climate control system. This way, our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature levels.
