Organic Domat First Harvest Extra Virgin Oliveoil 5lt
It is produced from domat type olives collected from Gülpınar village, located near the sea in Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. It is called first harvest because it is produced very early compared to the usual harvest time.
When first squeezed, it has a greenish color. Over time, the color can transition to green-yellow.
It is produced entirely by cold pressing method. Due to being harvested early, it has a fruity aroma and pungency. Our first harvest olive oils are filtered using natural filtration method. They are obtained from a single orchard of domat type olive trees.
They are stored in stainless steel, non-air-permeable tanks. Our storage facility where the tanks are located has a climate control system. Thus, our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature degrees.
