Early Harvest Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Liter
It is produced from olives collected from fields located near the sea in the Gülpınar village of the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale. It is called early harvest because it is produced earlier than the usual harvest time.
When first pressed, it has a greenish color. Its color may transition to greenish-yellow over time.
Since it is harvested early, its acidity level is low. The acidity level in the unsaturated fats is between 0.3% and 0.5%.
It is produced entirely by the cold pressing method. Since it is harvested early, it has a fruity aroma and pungency. Our early harvest olive oils are filtered using natural filtration method. They are obtained from Ayvalık type trees from a single orchard.
It is stored in stainless steel tanks that do not allow air passage. Our storage facility where the tanks are located has a climate control system. This way, our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature levels.
