Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Litre
Produced from olives collected from Gülpınar village near the sea in Ayvacık district of Çanakkale, this olive oil is named early harvest due to its early production during the usual harvest time.
When first pressed, it has a greenish color which may transition to green-yellow over time.
It is produced entirely by cold pressing method. Due to its early harvest, it has a fruity aroma and pungency. Our early harvest olive oils are filtered using natural filtration method. They are obtained from Ayvalık-type trees from a single orchard.
They are stored in stainless steel, air-tight tanks. Our depot where the tanks are located is equipped with a climate control system, ensuring that our olive oils are always kept at ideal temperature degrees.
