Its taste is fruity, its aroma is dominant, and its scent is fresh. The quality of the olive determines the quality of the olive oil. The olive tree is influenced by the climatic conditions, vegetation, proximity to the sea, and altitude of the region where it grows. Therefore, the olive oil of each region is unique to itself.

Produced from the Ayvalık variety of olive oil grown in the Northern Aegean, our olive oil has a green fruit, almond aroma, and a strong fruity character. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is suitable for direct consumption and has a more dominant taste compared to unfiltered olive oil.
