Produced from olive trees located in Kasar village and surrounding areas in the Çine district of Aydın. Our village, located in the Eastern Menteşe mountains, experiences cool summers. The olives are nourished by the cool breeze from the mountains, ensuring they are not scorched by the heat while still on the tree.

Production Process

• Produced using conventional agricultural methods, in full compliance with hygiene standards, and without direct contact with air during production.
• Cold-pressed (maximum 25°C) to maintain the highest quality. Early harvest ensures a high pungency.
• The early harvest, with a high aroma and low acidity, intensifies the flavor.
• The most distinctive feature of early harvest olive oil is that it is sold unfiltered.
• The oil is stored in air-tight tanks in our factory to preserve its freshness. The initial color of the oil is dark green when freshly pressed.
• Made from Memecik variety olives, our single-origin olive oil has an unsaturated fat acid range of 0.3% – 0.5%, with a fruity aroma and a high pungency.
