It is produced from olive trees located in and around Kasar village in Çine district of Aydın. This village is located in the East Menteşe mountains, where the air is cool even in summers. The olives are not roasted due to the hot weather while on the tree, and the trees are nourished by the cool breeze from the mountain.

This product is produced using conventional farming methods without allowing air contact in accordance with all hygiene rules. It is produced entirely by cold pressing method (maximum 25 degrees). Due to being harvested very early, it has a very high pungency. It doubles its flavor with its high aroma and low acidity level.

The most important feature of first harvest olive oil is that it is sold without being filtered. Additionally, it is stored in tanks where air is not allowed in our factory's storage conditions. Thus, when olives are first squeezed, the color is dark green. Our olive oil, produced from Memecik type olives from a single orchard, has a unsaturated fat acid content ranging from 0.3% to 0.5%. Besides its fruity aroma, it has a high pungency.
