Olive Oil Braised Celery with Meat

1 kg Celery
350 gr Cubed Meat
2 Tablespoons Dizem Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 onions
Salt
1 Lemon juice
PREPARATION
Celery is peeled, washed, and diced. Onions are finely chopped and cooked with meat until the meat releases its juices. Tomato paste is sautéed with Dizem olive oil. Celery is added to the pot and tossed a couple of times. Salt and enough water are added, and the celery is cooked until tender. Lemon juice is added 5 minutes before removing from heat.
